Relaunch Theme: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49BI87Eo54Y DNA/Deceased Roster: http://fav.me/d5tj60n Death Event 3 Stats: http://fav.me/d792g34 Current Assignment: Death Event 3 has commenced! Also, if you have Skype, ask either the GMs or other active players to be added to the TotH Skype Chat for easy collaboration and comic brainstorming! Entries that will be deleted/disregarded: Non-TotH entries, entries that break the rules, griefing entries, trolling entries, entries that involve metagaming (solving the problem at the expense of the story), or entries that kill other OCs without the OC owner's permission. Current Story Progress: Click here for a full recap. Chitose, Naname, and Shiro have found a way into Makai. Cain's forces are trapped by the Vampire's Fairy Maids, keeping them from stopping the war on the surface. Deloris wants to help Toru stop Adair and Sayo after they've gone too far, and it seems Yuno and Mayrin may help. Elsewhere, Reimu is off to resolve the incident, but Ruukoto may be having second thoughts about helping Reimu defeat Blade Robo Ryusei. Dai and Kyo are trying to stop the war, but things are not going well. Michi is continuing her downward spiral into depression and anger. Concept: The following is a link between the PC-98 Era and the Windows Era of Touhou games, covering the events of Mystic Square and the mysterious (and, in-universe, infamous) Vampire Incident that led to the creation of spell card rules. It also asks the question, "Whatever happened to the legendary Hakurei family that is always talked about in the legends of Gensokyo?" Now we'll find out their heroic deeds, their mistakes, and more. Rules: 1. Cooperation is highly encouraged, so let people use your characters and use others in a way that honors them. Post the DNAs and Profiles of each character you use in each comic so people may build off of your comic. Don't make people dig through all these comics to get DNA: actually post the DNA with each comic. 2. No metagaming, i.e. don't "play to win." The goal is not to "solve the problem by any means necessary," but to make a compelling story. 3. Unless it breaks the story flow, follow the "Yes, And" principle: if somebody does something in one comic, agree that it's now part of the story and add onto it. If somebody breaks the story flow (either for metagaming, trolling, griefing, or infraction reasons), their comic will be removed and the continuity disregarded. 4. Most importantly, at certain points in this game, you will have to kill your characters. If you fail, somebody else may do it. If nobody else can agree to do it, the GMs will do it for you. Only OC owners may kill their OCs unless they give permission to another comic maker. If you kill somebody else's character without permission (and the GMs did not say, "Go ahead"), the comic will be deleted and disregarded. While knockouts are ok for non-events, death event deaths are permanent. To keep your character alive would be a violation of the "no metagaming" rule. Remember: by the the time the story is over, every OC you introduce will die. The only exceptions are third-party observers, but they must be radically affected by the deaths of the main characters.
